For condo owners

Replacing a tub in a high-rise usually means association approval, a licensed plumber, a reserved service elevator and several days of noise. Refinishing isn't a renovation. Nothing is removed from the unit, the plumbing isn't touched, and the work is quiet.

The feature owners appreciate most is the lack of smell. Sprayed coatings are notorious for sending solvent odor down the hallway and through shared ventilation. Our coating is poured and odorless.

Helpful to arrange before we come: guest or loading-zone parking, and a heads-up to your resident manager or security desk if your building wants vendors announced.

For landlords and property managers

A stained, chipped tub is the first thing a prospective tenant notices and the hardest thing to clean your way out of. Refinishing between tenants gives you a bathroom that photographs and shows like new.

Vacant units are ideal. We can work from a lockbox or with your on-site manager.
Previously sprayed tubs are fine. Many rental tubs have an old coating that's peeling. We strip what has failed; that can add to the price, confirmed from photos.
Several units at once. Tell us how many tubs and where, and we'll schedule them together.
One thing to check first: a dripping tub faucet. A drip during the 24-hour cure will mark the finish, so have maintenance fix it beforehand.

For vacation rentals

Guests judge a bathroom in seconds and say so in reviews. Because the tub is back in service the next day, a refinish fits in a short gap between bookings. Leave your cleaners a note about care: mild, non-abrasive cleaners only, and no suction-cup mats.

What we work on

Porcelain-enameled steel and cast iron bathtubs only. Newer buildings sometimes have acrylic or fiberglass tub-shower units, which we don't refinish — a magnet test tells you in five seconds.
