No odor in the corridor
The coating is poured, not sprayed. Nothing drifts into hallways, neighboring rooms or the ventilation.
We refinish steel and cast iron guest-room tubs with a poured, odorless coating. No demolition, no fumes in the corridor, one night out of inventory.
Replacing a tub in a guest room means days of noise, dust and lost room nights. Refinishing gives the same tub a new surface in one visit — quietly, and without the smell guests complain about.
The coating is poured, not sprayed. Nothing drifts into hallways, neighboring rooms or the ventilation.
About 3 hours of work per tub, then 24 hours to cure. The room is sellable again the next day.
A flat $635 for a standard tub — no demolition, no plumber, no tile work, no debris down the service elevator.
We work room by room, floor by floor or in blocks, on the days your occupancy allows.

AfterMany of the island's hotels, condo-hotels and timeshare buildings were built decades ago, and a large share of their guest rooms still have the original porcelain-on-steel or cast iron bathtubs. The tubs themselves are solid. What wears out is the enamel: dull bottoms, rust at the drain, chips, and stains housekeeping can no longer remove.
That is exactly what refinishing fixes. We repair the damage and pour a new, thick, glossy white surface over the whole tub. A guest sees a clean, bright tub; your team gets a non-porous surface that wipes clean quickly.
Spray reglazing is the usual choice, and its drawback in a hotel is well known: strong solvent odor that travels down the corridor and lingers, plus overspray that has to be contained. Rooms on either side often have to be blocked as well.
Our coating is poured on and levels itself. It is odorless and nothing is airborne, so the rooms next door stay in service and there is no ducting or exhaust fan in the hallway.
We work on steel and cast iron bathtubs only. Newer properties often have acrylic or fiberglass tubs and one-piece tub-shower units, which we don't refinish. A fridge magnet tells you in seconds: if it sticks to the side of the tub, we can refinish it. More in what tub do I have?
We also don't refinish sinks, tile or shower pans, and we don't do spot repairs — each tub is refinished completely, which is what makes the result last.
One technician typically completes two tubs a day. For a group of rooms we agree a simple schedule with your engineering or housekeeping lead: which rooms on which days, when we can enter, and when each room returns to inventory. Rooms can be done as they become vacant or in a planned block.
Tell us what your property requires from vendors — certificate of insurance, W-9, vendor registration — when you request a quote, and we'll have it in place before the first room.
A standard tub is a flat $635, with chip and rust repair, the poured coating and fresh caulking included. Projects with several tubs, and tubs with an old failing coating that has to be stripped, are quoted per project after we see photos or walk a sample room.
A few photos of typical tubs, or a short walk-through of a sample room, is enough to quote.
