The whole tub, every time
Inside surfaces, rim and — on standard tubs — the front apron. We don't do patch jobs that show a month later.
We restore worn, stained and chipped cast iron and steel tubs in a single visit — no demolition, no odor, and no week without a bathroom.
Bathtub refinishing — also called reglazing or resurfacing — gives a worn porcelain tub a new surface without tearing out the old one. Ours is poured on, not sprayed, and a standard tub is a flat $635.

Chips, rust spots and the worn ring around the drain are filled and sanded flush first.
A flexible, fast-setting seal goes in around the tub and is locked under the new finish.
Written right on your paid receipt. With normal care the finish can last up to 15 years.
Photos from our own jobs: the tub as we found it, and the same tub when we left.

We remove old caulk, deep-clean, and etch the enamel so the new coating bonds to it.
Chips, rust and drain-area wear are rebuilt with filler and sanded smooth.
The coating is poured along the rim and flows down the walls, leveling itself glass-smooth.
We caulk and clean up. Leave the tub dry for 24 hours, then use it as normal.
Being clear up front saves everyone a trip.
Clear shampoo bottles and mats from the tub. Fix any dripping faucet first — a drip during curing will mark the new finish. If you have a sliding shower door on the tub, take it off before we arrive.
Prep, repair and pour. It's quiet work with no odor, so you can stay home and carry on with your day.
Keep the tub completely dry. No water, no bath mat, nothing resting on the rim.
Use the tub as usual. Clean with mild, non-abrasive cleaners to keep the gloss — see our care guide.
